Thank You Notes Suggestion

I was looking online for a basic thanks, but no thanks letter that did not encumber employment.

Example:

Thanks for showing us the room, but we've decided to keep looking.

Thanks for showing us the motor home, but we purchased another.

Thanks for your offer on the house, but we accepted another.

You can see why I must look for words--I have none, but you get the general idea.
