Today, June 12th, is my last day at TD Wealth Management Operations, as per my present contract of employment. I have made many friends here during my short-stay with Wealth Management Operations.

Working for this department has been a rewarding and learning journey. My first few months on the job here were definitely a learning experience. I will never forget this experience in my life as a Wealth Management Operation Officer. Specially the days Marjorie, Ross, Preema, Tasani, Archarna, Jennet, Shirly explained me ISM, EIS, CORE, GPA, QI verification, OBlan, Margin Approvals and Client authentication etc.

Over the time, though I came to learn a lot about back of the house functions and how we can enhance positive client experience through accurate and efficient operation management. Marjorie provided continuous guidance and the benefit of her vast experience in Accounts Management.

As a human resources professional and ex-banking & financial services executive I have had a many wonderful experiences here over the months, Not only back office operations, but also, my observations and learning’s counted Project Management, people management strategies, different management styles of people with divers backgrounds and many more. Thanks to all those helped me to gain this rare experience, so I will able to successfully compile these with examples and case studies for my higher studies and teaching purposes.

The Wealth Management Operation is a friendly and welcoming group of professionals. It has been a real pleasure working with all of you. I thank you all for the great experience and good memories. I will keep in touch with all of you. My global mail address is ruwan.egodage@gmail.com

For the Wealth Management group at 3500 Steels, please enjoy the snacks in the kitchen.

Wish you all the best.

Cheers,

Chinthana
