Dear Ines,

Please accept this gift card as a token of my appreciation for your understanding and your flexibility. I truly do appreciate the fact that you allowed me to change my hours during the summer to accommodate my kids being at home. I also am sincerely grateful for the confidence reposed in me without having the slightest qualm about the privilege granted me being abused, nor about my actions. Never once was I questioned about whether I was actually here at 6:00 am or left at the appropriate time.

I am truly blessed to have you as my supervisor and this is just my way of thank you for all you do. I bless God for you and pray that His favor will continue to rest with you.
